Thibodaux Chief of Police Bryan Zeringue is seeking our community partners’ help in locating an unidentified black male subject. The subject is a person of interest wanted for questioning in reference to a string of vehicle burglaries that occurred during the nighttime hours of Tuesday February 12, 2019 and in the early morning hours of Wednesday February 13, 2019 in the City Limits of Thibodaux.

If you know the identity or have information that could lead police to this subject, please contact the Thibodaux Police Department or submit a tip anonymously through Crime Stoppers Bayou Region by phone at 1-800-743-7433 or online at www.crimestoppersbr.org. Tips can also be submitted using the P3 Tips app on your mobile device. If you submit a tip through Crime Stoppers, tipsters could be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000 in cash if the information leads to an arrest.

Chief Zeringue is urging our community partners to ensure all property and vehicles are locked and secured when left unattended. If you see anything suspicious or out the ordinary, please contact the Thibodaux Police Department at (985) 446-5021. Locking your vehicles can go a long way in the protection of your property. Many burglars are looking for unlocked, easy targets.
