Traffic Stop - Failure To Appear Warrant For Probation Revocation

SUBJECT: TRAFFIC STOP / FAILURE TO APPEAR WARRANT FOR PROBATION
REVOCATION – MICHAEL J. MARTIN
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Michael J. Martin, 30, of 228 Daggs Street, Belle Rose, LA, following a traffic stop Friday evening.
Uniformed Patrol Deputies conducted a traffic stop near Napoleonville and interviewed the driver identified as Michael J. Martin.
A warrant check indicated that Martin was wanted on a probation violation related to theft and monetary instrument abuse.
Martin was also wanted on a fugitive warrant from Lafourche Parish.
Martin was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center pending a bond hearing.
