KLOTZVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Samuel Robert Sternfels, 25, of 157 Baptiste Circle, Houma, LA, in connection with a disturbance near Klotzville late Sunday.
Deputies responded to a disturbance call at a residence near Klotzville and made contact with the complainants who advised that Samuel Robert Sternfels had been there creating a disturbance. Deputies made contact with Sternfels and advised him not to return. A short time later, deputies were re-summoned to the same location in reference to Sternfels being back at the residence.
Deputies made contact with Sternfels who was walking along LA 1 and took him into custody. A search of Sternfels’ person as well as a black bag he had in his possession yielded quantities of suboxone without a prescription.
Sternfels was arrested and transported to the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Entering / Remaining after Being Forbidden
*Possession of suboxone with Intent to Distribute
A bond on Sternfels has not been set at this time.
